1. Availability of Products (Stock)
The availability of the products will be communicated to you after placing the order.
2. Delivery on the territory of Romania
For internal orders, we have entered into a partnership with the courier company Cargus.
- Delivery time: If the product is in stock, it will reach you within 24 – 48 hours from order confirmation.
3. International deliveries (Hungary and Bulgaria)
Shipments to Hungary and Bulgaria are covered by the international network DPD.
- Delivery time: As a rule, estimated external delivery takes between 3 and 5 working days. For exact deadlines and parcel monitoring, we recommend that you consult the official DPD page.
- Return/exchange conditions: The exchange or return procedures for customers in Hungary and Bulgaria are identical to those in Romania. However, please note that certain fulfilment logistical conditions depend directly on the policies of the courier company DPD.
